A Typical Day

What am I going to do at London Music Camp?

ALL CHILDREN OVER 7 YEARS OLD ARE WELCOME! 
THIS CAMP IS FULLY WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE.

 

8:00 a.m.

Campers can arrive for supervised care. Cost for pre-camp care is $3/day, payable when needed.

 

9:00 a.m.

All campers UNITE!  Hear the announcements of the day and put on those thinking caps:  start trying to figure out Mike's tricky "Riddle of the Day".

 

9:15 a.m.

First rotation begins.  Campers enjoy the percussion room and get the day off with a drum roll!  OR campers begin with vocal warm-ups and learn and sing camp songs…. OR campers go to their songwriting workshop.  Recital day will give everyone a chance to perform favourite pieces from the morning sessions.  Campers rotate to alternate workshops every 45 minutes.

 

11:45 a.m.

LUNCH!!  Campers bring their own lunch each day.  NOT NUTS PLEASE – ALL NUT PRODUCTS WILL BE CONFISCATED, FOLKS. 

 

12:30 p.m.

GAMES, GAMES, GAMES.

 

1:30 p.m. 

Time to settle in to wonderful workshops of your chosen instrument.  Campers should provide their own instrument for these classes – except for beginner piano!!  But, anyone can participate in Show Choir because we all have the instrument of voice.  (If you don't have your own instrument, please check with us - we may be able to find one for you to borrow).

 

3:00 p.m.

Special guests or performances or activity.

 

3:45 p.m. 

All campers UNITE!  Time to say good-bye and be reminded about another great day tomorrow…

 

4:00 p.m. 

Camp ends.  After camp supervised care is available until 5 p.m.  Cost is $3/day, payable when needed.

 

* LAST DAY OF EACH SESSION:  Recital for parents beginning at 2:30 p.m.
