Louis Moyse Master Class & Tribute Concert

Louis Moyse is renowned world wide as a superb flutist, talented pianist, innovative composer and exemplary teacher. Moyse's work as an arranger and editor for numerous publishers features a tremendous range of flute repertoire; his 114 compositions, editions and arrangements for flute make him the most prolific composer of flute music in the world. As a teacher, he has been associated with the Paris Conservatory, Boston University, Marlboro College, and the University of Toronto.
CTEC was honoured to welcome Louis Moyse and his wife, Janet, to London in October 2004. Mr. and Mrs. Moyse were very special guests at a Tribute Concert, featuring a selection of works by the prolific composer performed by Children's Talent Education Centre faculty and students, with the Flute Ensemble of UWO.
